These delicious brownies are completely bingeworthy and made from only three healthy ingredients. A healthier alternative to regular brownies. These brownies are grain free, dairy free, paleo and vegan.
Makes: 8 Brownies
Ingredients
Almonds – 200 Grams
Medjool Dates – 400 Grams
Cacao Powder – 4 Tablespoons
Method
1. Add the almonds to a food processor and blend to a fine powder.
2. Next add the medjool dates and cacao powder to the food processor and blend until the mixture is sticky and fully mixed.
3. Scoop the mixture out and flatten onto a small tray to approximately 1cm thick.
4. Place the tray with the brownie mixture in the freezer for one hour.
5. Remove from the freezer and refrigerate for one hour.
6.Cut into small brownie sized pieces with scissors.
7.Serve and enjoy.
